Using Valizu for Free
You can use Valizu for free, forever.
However, free users are bound by certain limits to ensure the quality of our service. As a free user, you can:
- Plan up to 3 trips & drafts.
- Save up to 30 items.
- Create 1 themed item list.
- Access the standard Valizu item catalog and standard bag sizes.
Additionally, free users will see ads. To remove these limits and the ads, consider upgrading to Valizu Premium.
Managing Your Account Data
If you no longer wish to use Valizu, you have two options for handling your data.
1. Deactivating Your Account
Deactivating your account is a temporary measure.
- How to do it: Go to the app settings and select “Deactivate My Account”.
- What happens: Your content (trips, bags, profile) will be hidden from the Valizu community.
- Reactivation: Once you log back in with your credentials, your account and all your content will be instantly reactivated.
- Important: Deactivating your account does not cancel your active Premium subscriptions. You must manually cancel subscriptions via your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play).
2. Deleting Your Account
Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible.
- How to do it: Go to the app settings and select “Delete My Account”.
- What happens: Your profile, trips, items, and bags will be permanently deleted from our servers. You will not be able to log back into this account or recover your data.
- Important: Deleting your account does not cancel your active Premium subscriptions. You must manually cancel subscriptions via your app store before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
