VALIZU - Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your Valizu account, please be aware of the following important information:

1. Permanent Deletion

When a user deletes an account, the action cannot be undone. All your data and your content on the app (trips, bags, lists, saved items, custom items, photos, links) will be permanently lost.

2. Sign-in Methods

Whether your account was created via Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In, the deletion process applies to all accounts and results in the permanent removal of your data.

3. Active Subscriptions

Important: Deleting your account does NOT automatically cancel your active subscriptions. You must manually cancel any active Valizu Premium subscriptions via your respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) to avoid future charges.
