Valizu makes trip planning easier by letting you learn from others.
Is it free to copy others’ trips or luggage?
Yes! As a Valizu user (free or premium), you can search for a destination or scroll through your Homepage feed to find trips published by other users.
When you find a trip or bag that fits your needs, simply tap “Copy to my trip”. The copied template becomes your own draft, which you can edit, add to, or remove items from without affecting the original creator’s list.
Creating and Monetizing Items
Free users can access Valizu’s expanding item catalog to build their bags.
Premium users have the additional ability to:
- Create custom items.
- Insert their own affiliate or shopping links.
When you publish a trip containing your custom items with affiliate links, other users can see them. If they shop using your link, you receive the affiliate benefits directly from the retailer. Valizu is not involved in the transaction and takes zero commission.
Your Privacy
We understand that you might not want to share every trip.
Can I keep my trips and items private?
Yes.
- Trip Plans: You can keep your trip plans as drafts to ensure they remain private. Only published trips appear in the community feed and search results.
- Item Lists: Personal item lists are always private.
- Saved Bags: Bags that you have explicitly saved to your profile are publicly shared with all Valizu users, helping the community discover better packing strategies.
